Information you choose to share
The project enquiry form requests your full name, business email, company, service interest, project description and consent to respond. Your phone number is optional. You may also contact us directly by email or telephone. Please do not include passwords or sensitive personal information in an enquiry.
Why the information is used
Information supplied in an enquiry is intended to help WAMNOVA understand your request, communicate with you and discuss relevant services. The form does not ask you to subscribe to marketing communications.
Online form delivery
Online enquiry delivery requires a configured email service. When delivery is unavailable, the website explains this and provides direct email and telephone links. It does not report that an enquiry was sent when delivery has not been confirmed.
When enabled, the website’s server sends the enquiry to WAMNOVA’s configured business inbox through Resend. A Redis-compatible rate-limiting service may process a hashed client address to limit automated requests. These services and the hosting provider process technical information needed to operate their services.
Security and abuse prevention
The form uses validation, a hidden spam field and request limits. Rate-limit records expire after ten minutes. Your enquiry text is not intentionally written to application logs or stored in an application database. Enquiries delivered by email are handled in the receiving mailbox.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics. It does not set optional analytics or marketing cookies. Hosting infrastructure may process connection details for operation and security. If additional services are introduced, this notice should be updated to describe them.
Retention and privacy requests
Contact wamnova@gmail.com to ask about information you have shared, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy question. Applicable retention and response requirements depend on the relevant circumstances and law.
